1. Note: When connected to Windows POS System via USB, the TP-290 will install/allocate a COM port for the printer. To find this COM port follow these steps
2. Go to Start – Right Click Computer – Manage – Device Manger
3. Ports – Please take note of USB to SERIAL (COMX)
